HIH Technologies was founded by Dale Homeniuk in November of 2018. It began with a dream of building a company where customer service and solutions-focused planning came first. We started with a primary concept, helping people and businesses succeed by working ‘hand in hand’.
Dale Homeniuk is a Materials Engineering Technologist (Certified Engineering Technologist) with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, surface engineering, business development, management, and ownership roles. His ability to think outside the box and find new methods and technologies to improve processes in business have made him a proven expert in the industry.
Over the years, Dale and his business partner Crystal, have significantly grown Hand In Hand’s offerings and now supplies Tungsten Carbide Products, Carbide Recycling, Component Repairs and Specialty Manufacturing to customers all over North America.
HIH works alongside collaborative partners in every industry. We have extensive knowledge on everything to do with Carbide Products through our combined 200+ years of experience. We work with Carbide Recycling partners all over North America with combined 50 years experience in Carbide Recycling. The HIH team has a combined 50 years experience in Heavy Equipment and Industrial Machine component repair.
The HIH team now consists of a certified engineering technologist, metallurgical technology expert, heavy equipment technical specialist, hydraulic attachment tool specialist, engineering, drafting and drawing design, procurement specialist, business leaders, professional sales people, and accounting professionals. The goal of the whole team is to provide 100% Customer Service in all their roles and in all areas of business to our customers.
We have continued to grow and offer our customers whatever they need, whether that’s new tungsten carbide products, tungsten carbide recycling, component repair, or specialty manufacturing.
